1 Scope of Services

e-brows provides e-commerce account management, cataloging, advertising (PPC), and growth consultancy for platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. Specific deliverables are outlined in the Service Agreement or Invoice.

2 Client Responsibilities

• • Access: Provide necessary sub-account or child-account access to marketplace panels.
• • Accuracy: Responsible for the accuracy of product prices, descriptions, and stock availability.
• • Compliance: Ensure all products comply with Indian laws and marketplace policies.

3 Service Fees & Payments

Service fees are billed in advance. Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable. Ad budgets (PPC) are paid directly by the Client to the respective marketplace.

4 Marketplace Performance & Liability

We follow best practices, but we are not liable for account suspensions or deactivations caused by marketplace algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific sales figures.

5 Confidentiality & Termination

Both parties agree to strict confidentiality. Termination requires 15 days' written notice. Upon final payment, all credentials will be handed over.

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
