











Thank you for choosing e-brows.com. Since we provide professional digital services, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds to ensure fair compensation for our experts' time and resources.
All service fees paid to e-brows are **non-refundable**. Once a project has commenced (including but not limited to account auditing, cataloging, keyword research, or ad campaign setup), the human capital and resources deployed cannot be recovered.
e-brows is not responsible for refunding any amount spent on marketplace advertisements (Amazon Ads, Flipkart PLA, Meesho CPC). These payments are made directly to the respective platforms and are subject to their own refund policies.
Partial refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of the e-brows management only if the service has not yet been initiated. In such cases, a processing fee of **15%** will be deducted from the total amount.
Clients may cancel their ongoing monthly subscription by providing a **15-day written notice**. Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are provided for the remaining days of the current billing month.
